Q.A. Manager (All Garments)

• Minimum 10 years’ garment quality control / quality assurance experience with at least 3 years at the same level
• Experience in woven, knit & sweater for international high fashion brands (especially for ladies’ wear) & tailoring items
• Hong Kong garment trading agent or International buying office background is a MUST
• Familiar with quality standards and requirements of US markets for garment
• Monitor production of the suppliers closely to ensure quality meet with buyers’ requirements
• Provide training & technical advice to Q.A. inspectors & factories
• Good written English & able to communicate with overseas buyers in simple English
• Good analytical skill and able to deal with problem shooting and follow up preventive action with manufacturers
• Mature, responsible, self-motivated and hands on
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
• Willing to travel to different provinces of PRC
